“I had been having Wi-Fi issues for years at my house. I own my own business and Wi-Fi is important. I had spoken with the service provider many many times and had a tech out on multiple occasions. I changed routers and modems and still nothing. I met Greg from My Tech Coach through a networking group. Greg came to my house, wore appropriate PPE to keep every one safe. Greg was able to work out some issue with the service provider because Greg talks the tech language. Greg made some suggestions on new equipment and made some adjustments to how the router works.
